Tapped In — Terms of Use                                     

  Effective Date: April 10, 2026

  Welcome to Tapped In. By downloading, accessing, or using the

  Tapped In app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use         

  ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.            

  1. Overview                                                  

  Tapped In allows users to create and submit visual content

  (drawings, photos, text) for paid display on screens at        

  participating venues. The App is operated by Tapped In ("we,"

  "us," or "our").                                               

  2. Eligibility                                               

  You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the

  App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.         

  3. User Content                                                

  You are solely responsible for any content you create and

  submit through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User    

  Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free

  license to display your content on venue screens for the       

  duration of your purchased display time.

  You agree not to submit content that:                          

  - Is obscene, offensive, hateful, or discriminatory

  - Contains nudity or sexually explicit material                

  - Promotes violence, illegal activity, or harassment

  - Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights

  - Contains personal information of others without their consent

  4. AI Content Moderation                                       

  All User Content is automatically screened by AI-powered     

  moderation before being displayed. We reserve the right to     

  reject, remove, or block any content at our sole discretion,

  with or without notice. No refunds will be issued for content

  that is rejected by our moderation system.

  5. In-App Purchases & Payments

  Display time is purchased through in-app purchases processed by

   Apple. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as

  required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. Pricing

  is as displayed in the App at the time of purchase.            

  6. Venue Participation                                         

  Display availability depends on venue participation and screen

  availability. We do not guarantee that a specific venue will be

   available or that your content will display without

  interruption.                                                  

  7. Intellectual Property                                       

  The App, its design, features, and underlying technology are

  owned by Tapped In and protected by intellectual property laws.

   You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any

  part of the App.                                               

  8. Disclaimers                                               

  The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no

  warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's            

  reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

   We are not responsible for any disputes between users and     

  venues.         

  9. Limitation of Liability

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapped In shall not be

  liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential

  damages arising from your use of the App, including but not

  limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.                  

  10. Termination                                              

  We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time,

   for any reason, without notice.                               

  11. Changes to Terms                                           

  We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App

   after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised

   Terms.
