Terms of Service for Fluently

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using
the Fluently mobile application operated by [Your Name/Company] ("we,"
"our," or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Fluently, you agree to be bound
by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Fluently is a language learning application that provides AI-powered
voice conversations, daily quizzes, and optional app-blocking features
to help users learn new languages.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Fluently offers a free trial period of 7 days. After the trial, a paid
subscription is required to access premium features.
- Monthly plan: $5.99/month
- Annual plan: $49.99/year
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of
purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least
24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and
cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
4. App Blocking Feature
Fluently's app-blocking feature uses Apple's Screen Time API. By
enabling this feature, you authorize Fluently to restrict access to
apps you select on your device. You can disable this feature at any
time through the app's settings. Fluently is not responsible for any
inconvenience caused by app restrictions you configure.
5. AI-Generated Content
Fluently uses artificial intelligence to generate language lessons,
quizzes, and conversation responses. While we strive for accuracy,
AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Fluently is an
educational tool and should not be relied upon as the sole source of
language instruction.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the app
- Use the app to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Share your account credentials with others
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in Fluently are owned by [Your
Name/Company] and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not
copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written
permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Fluently is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of

Cupple ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your
privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and
safeguard your information when you use our mobile application
("the App").
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
• Account Information: Email address and name when you create
an account. This information is used solely for account
creation and app functionality. We do not use this information
to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
• Preferences: Dating preferences, location preferences, and
budget ranges you provide to generate personalized date
itineraries.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including features
used and dates generated, to improve our services.
• Conversations: Messages exchanged with the AI dating coach to
provide personalized advice. These are stored locally on your
device.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Generate personalized date itineraries based on your
preferences
• Provide AI-powered dating advice through the dating coach
feature
• Improve and optimize our services
• Process transactions and manage your subscription
• Send important updates about the App

encryption. Dating coach conversations are stored locally on
your device and associated with your account for privacy. We

We use the following third-party services:
• OpenAI: To power our AI date generation and dating coach
features. Conversations are sent to OpenAI for processing but
are not used to train their models.
• RevenueCat: To process and manage in-app subscriptions.
• Supabase: For secure user authentication and data storage.
These services have their own privacy policies governing the
use of your information.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We
do not share your data for advertising or tracking purposes. We
may disclose information if required by law or to protect our
legal rights.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:

• Delete your account and associated data

use the Delete Account feature in the App's Profile screen.

you delete your account, we will delete your personal data
within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for

Cupple is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do
not knowingly collect personal information from children under
18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will
delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will
notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in
the App. Your continued use of the App after changes
constitutes acceptance.
