1. About Anchor

Anchor is a faith-based app that connects your personal struggles with Biblical Scripture, offering comfort, clarity, and practical guidance rooted in God's Word.

2. User Accounts

You may create an account to save sessions, verses, and personal reflections. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your saved content is private to your account only and is not visible to other users.

3. Subscriptions

Anchor offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Subscription options and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase within the app.

4. Your Content

Reflections, prayer requests, and saved verses are private to your account. We do not share your personal content with other users or third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Anchor only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not attempt to access other users' data or misuse the app in any way.

6. Giving Back

Ten percent of net profits are tithed to local churches and ministries spreading the Gospel. This is a commitment rooted in the same faith that inspired this app.

7. Disclaimer

Anchor provides Biblically-based guidance for personal reflection. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, or pastoral care.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
