  Tapped In ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This   

  Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use

   it, and your choices.                                         

  1. Information We Collect                                    

  Information you provide:                                       

  - Content you create and submit (drawings, photos, text)

  - Purchase history (processed and stored by Apple, not by us)

  Information collected automatically:                           

  - Device type and operating system version

  - General location (city/region level, used to show nearby     

  venues)                                                   

  - App usage data (screens viewed, features used)               

  - Crash logs and performance data               

  Information we do NOT collect:                                 

  - Your name, email address, or phone number (no account      

  required)                                                      

  - Precise GPS location

  - Contacts, calendars, or other on-device data                 

  2. How We Use Your Information                                 

  - To display your submitted content on venue screens           

  - To process content through our AI moderation system

  - To improve app performance and fix bugs                      

  - To identify nearby participating venues

  - To process and fulfill in-app purchases                      

  3. AI Content Moderation                                       

  Submitted content is analyzed by a third-party AI service

  (OpenAI) to screen for prohibited material. Content is sent to

  OpenAI's API for analysis and is subject to OpenAI's data usage

   policies. We do not store your submitted content after the    

  purchased display period ends.

  4. Third-Party Services

  We use the following third-party services:

  - Apple StoreKit — for processing in-app purchases

  - RevenueCat — for purchase analytics and subscription         

  management                                            

  - OpenAI — for AI-powered content moderation                   

  Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing

  its use of your data.                                          

  5. Data Retention                                              

  - User Content is deleted after the purchased display period

  expires                                                        

  - Anonymized usage analytics may be retained for up to 12

  months                                                         

  - Purchase records are maintained by Apple per their retention

  policies                                                      

  6. Data Sharing

  We do not sell your personal information. We share data only   

  with:

  - Third-party services listed above, as necessary to operate   

  the App                                                        

  - Law enforcement, if required by law or to protect safety   

  7. Children's Privacy                                          

  The App is not intended for children under 17. We do not     

  knowingly collect information from children.                   

  8. Your Choices                                              

  - You may stop using the App at any time

  - You may request deletion of any data we hold by contacting us

  - You can manage location permissions through your device      

  settings                                                       

  9. Security                                                  

  We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your        

  information. However, no method of electronic transmission or

  storage is 100% secure.                                      

  10. Changes to This Policy

  We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be

  reflected by the updated effective date.
